EuroStatsLab Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for the EuroStatsLab SaaS analytics platform (eurostatslab.com), operated by IT Expert - Bartosz Kozik.
EuroStatsLab provides access to digital analytics tools and reports. We do not sell lottery tickets, accept wagers, or distribute prizes.
2. Digital service delivery
Access to Pro analytics features may begin immediately after successful payment. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that digital content may be supplied without delay once payment is confirmed.
3. Cancellation
Subscriptions are monthly unless otherwise stated on the pricing page. Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless explicitly enabled in the future checkout flow.
You may cancel future billing by contacting us before the next billing period. Cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current period unless section 4 applies.
4. Refund eligibility
- Within 14 days (consumers in the EEA) — if you have not started using Pro features or have not consented to immediate delivery, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Technical failure — if Pro access was unavailable for a material period due to our fault, we may offer a proportional credit or refund at our discretion.
- Duplicate charge — verified duplicate payments will be refunded.
Refunds are not available where access was used as agreed and no statutory right applies.
5. How to request a refund
Email kontakt@eurostatslab.com with your account email, order reference (if available), and reason for the request. We respond within 14 business days.
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment provider and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
